The 2024 annual meting of the Pleasant Meadows Property Owner Association will be held on September 14, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be at the PMPOA pavilion.

The amended and restated Declaration of Restrictions, Limitations and Covenants proposed on September 16, 2016 has been approved.  The restated Declaration was recorded in Union County, Georgia and became effective on April 4, 2018.  A copy may be downloaded from the Documents of Interest section of this web page.
