Meetings of the Board of Directors are held quarterly as scheduled by the President. 

 Schedule of Board of Directors Meetings

The BOD plans to meet on the second Saturday of the month in the months February, May, August and November each year.  The meetings will be at a location in the subdivision and at 2:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting unless there is a need to change the time or location.  Weather permitting, the meeting will be at the PMPOA pavilion.
 

Lot owners are welcome to attend meetings of the Board.  Lot Owners planning to attend a Board meeting are requested to notify the Association President or Secretary of their intention so that they may be informed of any change in the meeting time or location.  Notification may be made using any of the following:

Use of the picnic pavilion by Lot Owners is arranged by use of the sign-up sheet posted at the pavilion.  Please provide contact details and the date of use.  It is suggested that you also contact the Association Secretary to advise of plans and coordinate use (706-745-4072).

Users are responsible for clean-up after use and removal of any trash or garbage, as there is no trash service.
